Betutu Bali Villas was a gem in Ubud! My room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony view. The staff, especially Nita, helped us with tours. It’s close to the main road and walking to the Monkey Forest was easy. Just a tad more breakfast variety would’ve been nice!

Staying at Betutu Bali Villas felt like discovering a hidden oasis. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly with a complimentary drink. The room exceeded my expectations, featuring a superking-sized bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. It even had a spacious balcony with a view of the tranquil pool below. The morning breakfasts were nothing short of impressive, with a delightful spread including fresh fruit juice, a fruit platter, and delicious green banana pancakes. Each meal was served in a charming area right next to the pool, which always sparkled clean. During my stay, the helpfulness of the staff left a lasting impression. Kadek went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, assisting me with local bookings and providing insight into the area. The peaceful setting was a massive plus, being just a short walk from Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace, yet tucked away from the noisy streets. However, there were a couple of minor issues. A small amount of black mold was noticed on the pavers at the bottom of my villa stairs, making them slippery after rain. While it didn't detract significantly from my experience, it's worth mentioning for safety's sake. Additionally, the selection at breakfast could be improved with more variety, as I found myself craving something different by the third day. Still, I cannot wait to return for another visit next year.

Peaceful garden escape with perks
The gardens are immaculate and the breakfast is a highlight, with plenty of delicious options. Staff were always friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
One downside was the noisy air conditioner in our room which disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the shower drainage was slow and could use improvement.

The property is refreshing with beautifully maintained gardens and a pool, creating a quiet retreat atmosphere. The area is well-kept and provides a peaceful vibe, making it a nice spot to unwind after exploring.
Getting to the place can be a hassle since our taxi couldn’t drive down the narrow road, leaving us with a long trek to carry our luggage. The rooms had cleanliness issues, including smelly toilets with hard stains that hadn’t been addressed in a while, and outdated sheets. The breakfast options were limited and repetitive, which didn’t meet the standard expected from such a place.

It was just a decent option for a quick stopover in Ubud with reasonable price. The view of the pool from the balcony was really nice, making it a pleasant place to relax. If you're looking for a quiet retreat, ask for a room away from the main area.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and provide a lovely view of the rice paddies. The staff are incredibly helpful, even assisting us when we had an early departure due to illness. Plus, the location offers a peaceful escape amidst beautiful gardens.
However, the entrance can be a bit confusing, and the breakfast variety could use some enhancement.
